| BOOKING POLICY: ALL RESERVATIONS EXCEPT FOR OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION (1 NIGHT ONLY) WILL REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF A 50% DEPOSIT DURING OUR LOW SEASON AND A MINIMUM OF A 65% DEPOSIT DURING OUR HIGH SEASON BALANCE FOR ACCOMMODATION PAYABLE UPON ARRIVAL SETTLEMENT BY CREDIT CARD: 3.5% CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE IF SETTLEMENT IS MADE BY CREDIT CARD CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy is 100% refundable provided cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival, thereafter it is calculated on a pro rata basis and if we can fulfill the date(s) with another booking source. Last minute cancellations (up to AND including 10 days prior to arrival): non refundable. Our policy for single night accommodation is full settlement in advance. This policy has become effective as single night bookings do interfere with enquiries for bookings of a longer nature and when someone cancels their overnight accommodation at the very last minute we fall short with no form of recourse to collect the settlement amount. |
