| CAPE EPIC MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE The 2008 ABSA Cape Epic Mountain Bike Race will end at the Lourensford Estate in Somerset West. Mooring House Guest Lodge is situated roughly 7 minutes from the Lourensford Estate and offers comfortable accommodation for cyclists in the race. The guest house sleeps 16 -20 beds and is therefore suitable for single riders, teams and small groups. Transportation can be arranged for pick-up after the finish line. |

| PICK N PAY CAPE ARGUS CYCLING RACE Although the Guest House is in Somerset West, we have hosted cyclists for the Cape Argus in the past. With all the hustle and bustle and activity in the city centre and the "hype" atmosphere connected to the race, competitors have found it far more relaxing to escape into the country and rather wake up that 15 minutes earlier to make up for travelling time. Mooring House Guest Lodge offer a total sleeping capacity of between 16 to 20 people so it is more than suitable for the single cyclists, families and groups. |
